Decorating Your Space to Your Advantage

After a day at work, school, or wherever you may have been – wouldn’t it be nice to come home to a welcoming space that will immediately lift your mood up? I have always believed that a representation of how a person’s feeling – good, bad, apathetic, passionate, etc. is reflected in how their space looks like. Myself for example, if I have had a series of bad days, except that my room would be in such a mess. Meaning I wouldn’t actually care to even lift a finger to dust the shelves off. Selecting the Right Pieces Whenever I need to clear my head, I always make an effort to first tidy up my space (usually followed by rearranging the furniture, bed), and select pieces (a trinket, a …

How to Achieve Healthy Looking Hair

“Your hair is your crowning glory…” One thing that people first notices on a person is their hair. Keeping it looking healthy can make you physically look better, as well as gives you more confidence and self esteem. But how can you achieve healthy looking hair? Here is a list I gathered for you guys. Don’t Over Style “Wearing tight styles like braids, ponytails and top knots can lead to your hair falling out.” says Nadeem “Especially when wet, human hair is around three times weaker so refrain from over-brushing, which can cause snapping. It also helps to let hair dry naturally before styling.” Eat More Fish “A lack of protein in your diet can lead to your body rationing what you do have, by shutting down hair growth.” says Nadeem “There are lots of sources of protein, from fish to eggs, cheese, yoghurts and meat. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, beans, peas, lentils, soya products and nuts are good options.” Don’t Over Apply Heat on Hair “Avoid using heat on your hair. Heat …

I’ve been eating the same food for weeks and might not even get the right nutrients and proper calorie count that my body needs. That made me try diet delivery service and calorie count program. There are a lot of programs offering this kind of service in the metro, but Yummy Diet stands out— being of the trusted and offers surprising menu. I ordered their 1500 Calorie program for Php2000. Original price is Php2200 but since they’re celebrating their two years of service, they giving away Php200 OFF on all their programs. Let me share my five days experience of Yummy Diet’s menu. Day 1 Yummy Diet has set their standards high on my first day. Having these choco-chip banana wheat pancakes with honey and black coffee was a happy meal for breakfast.
